OUR CENTER

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation - Rocky Mount lies in the heart of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, just a over a mile from LifeCare Hospital and Nash General Hospital. Our spacious floor plan accommodates 117 patients and residents, with 56 private rooms available.

We offer short-term rehabilitative as well as long-term care - a full range of medical, nursing, rehabilitation and social services to treat and support each of our patients and residents. We have recently increased the number of staff in our therapy department and have added a full kitchen for patient and resident use in Occupational Therapy.

Many of our patients go home after a few weeks and, for those who are unable to return home right away, we provide safe, compassionate care in an environment that fosters independence and dignity.
